8c water
stir together // allow to sit for 12-24hrs // strain the coffee grounds slowly,

I was so excited when I got the coffee in the mail that I made a batch of cold brew coffee with each kind immediately. The one from Uganda smells like a rich dark chocolate, its a dark roast, and the Nicaraguan one is a smooth medium roast.
